Industrial Pharmacy is a course designed for 5th year pharmacy students that explores the principles and practices of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Students will learn about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Through lectures and case studies, students will develop a solid understanding of the practical aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control. They will also learn about the challenges and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry, including the role of industrial pharmacists in product development, process optimization, and quality assurance.
Upon completion of this course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to work in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as to pursue further studies or research in pharmaceutical sciences.
